Refund Policy

Our Core Beliefs

We approach returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. Please allow us the opportunity to address any issues by testing the product thoroughly and providing troubleshooting tips for swift solutions.

Standard Returns

We happily accept returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website within 2 days of delivery. Certain items like E-Liquids, Atomizers, Disposable Vapes, and others are non-returnable once opened or used for safety reasons

  • If there is a manufacturer defect, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact Freej Vape at sales@freejvape.com for a replacement of the product.  
  • If there is no manufacturer defect, all sales are final.
  • Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps. 
  • You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.
  • Promotional Term & Conditions: For returns including promotional items, all items included in the promotion need to be returned. When the promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • Refused Orders: If either customer refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
  • We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors
